Job Description:
The Project Manager develops, manages, and coordinates the implementation of the statewide Pivot to the Cloud program for the Idaho Judicial Branch. The Project Manager is responsible for working with the Idaho Supreme Court, county representatives and 3rd party suppliers to manage projects that ultimately facilitate effective and efficient implementation of the transition of applications from an on-premises data to cloud computing spaces. This includes coordination of resources to create the best outcomes for the Idaho Judicial Branch. This position reports to the Chief Information Officer.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages the day-to-day activities of the project teams to support the Pivot to the Cloud projects tasks and priorities.
Serves as key support staff for the Pivot to the Cloud projects by setting agendas, tracking progress, and ensuring follow ups are completed.
Facilitating discussions between the Idaho Judicial Branch, counties, and suppliers to ensure clear communication of program expectations.
Maintains communication with all participants regarding timelines and deliverables.
Ensures the program is focused on work that delivers the approved Pivot to the Cloud strategic plan.
