Rack & Stack IT equipment
Cabling
Trouble Shooting (take a circuit and locate issues, testing, and replacing)
Copper cable terminations
Making sure there is end to end with activity. They will be checking all installed cabling.
Copper is correct, tested, and get signal on devices
Be able to do physical work i.e. climbing up and down ladders

Education
Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience
2-5+ years as a Hardware Technician. Install, configure computer hardware systems.
Candidate must have ability to multi-task with complex technical issues and have customer-focused personality.

Responsibilities
Place Cabinets on the Floor per supplied drawing.
Install/remove hardware in cabinet.
Survey cable requirements, distance, type.
Terminate Cat6 cabling.
Install Cat6 and Fiber cables per provided Excel spreadsheet.
Trace/Troubleshoot installed cables.
