As a Validation Specialist at Corcentric, you will join a collaborative team within an ambitious, entrepreneurial global organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the security and managing the access to financial data and payment intelligence for clients and suppliers of Corcentric.

This key position is based in the Omaha, NE area and reports to the Manager, Client Services within our Payments team. In order to be considered, you should be within a commutable distance to our Omaha office.

As a Validation Specialist, youll be responsible for:

  • Working closely with the companys Security and Compliance Analyst to identify any local or network security issues
  • Ensuring proper access to client and supplier banking information.
  • Monitoring enrollment activity to confirm appropriateness of information access.
  • Investigating improper use and reporting violations to the Security and Compliance Analyst.
  • Conducting information audits to ensure all activity in validations queue is secure from breach and unauthorized access to financial accounts.


Youll need to have:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Strong listening and analytical skills
  • Ability to explain product features in a business-to-business tele-sales setting
  • Intermediate level of knowledge with internet technology
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment
  • Comfortable MS Office skills

Its great if you also have:

  • Extensive knowledge of StopFraud system.
  • Extensive knowledge of security procedures.
