Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet and assist customers who enter the facility
- Answer incoming calls and inquires
- Maintain the appearance of the showroom/service area
- Collect payment from customers
- Regularly update customers on the repair status of their vehicle
- Assist the Management staff with various clerical duties as needed
Qualifications include but are not limited to:
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
- Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Positive attitude
- Friendly and team player
