The Opportunity

The Lash Artist will help foster the salon culture through self-leadership, passion, integrity, creativity, and hospitality. The Lash Artist will be dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences to all clientele. You will provide all lash services including lash extensions, lash clusters, lash lifts, brow lamination, facial waxing and lash/brow tinting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Be on time for your shift, prompt with each appointment, and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service.
• Treat members, guests & employees with fairness, integrity, positivity, and consistency.
• Consistency in providing a world-class experience including providing a warm greeting, beverage offering, initial consultation to ascertain the clients wants and needs, confirming comfort levels, showing genuine interest in the client, performing Lash services including lash extensions, lash clusters, lash & facial waxing & lash/brow tinting.
• Attend & actively participate in trainings and meetings as scheduled.
• Actively promote home care programs, meeting minimum retail sales goals.
• Ensure client files are up to date including preferences and history.
• Maintain proper sanitization of tools, implements, and stations.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the USA. We use E-Verify.
• Current esthetician or cosmetology license required.
• Minimum three years of lash extension experience preferred.
• Experience with working in a luxury, upscale environment with a strong hospitality focus preferred.
• Deliver a strong & consistent work ethic.
• Strong commitment to team mentality establishing and maintaining the confidence of the staff.
• Assist in the upkeep of cleanliness standards throughout shift of designated stations and dispensary.
• Present a professional image with appropriate hair and attire following East Bank Clubs dress code guidelines.
• Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
• Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa or salon that require attention.
• Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to sell Salon retail products.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

• Must be able to sit or stand for sustained periods of time.

• Ability to make movements with fingers, hands, wrists, and arms.

• Ability to grasp and reach, sometimes above shoulder level.

• Ability to stoop, kneel and crouch.
