Litigation Associate

We are currently seeking an associate to join our law firm client's Litigation Practice. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years commercial litigation experience preferably with a large firm. The ideal candidate will also be a self-starter with superior interpersonal, analytical and writing skills. Preference will be given to applicants with demonstrated experience representing clients in all aspects of litigation. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Juris Doctorate (J.D.) is required, licensed in Illinois and in good standing with the Illinois Bar. Four years of experience as a litigation attorney in a large law firm setting preferred. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Clear and effective writing skills. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and client management skills. Proficiency with Microsoft programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel, and the ability to learn new software programs.
