We are looking to fill a Full-Time position located in the Bellevue office of Dr. Kristin Tarbet, Oculofacial Plastic Surgery and med-spa. Progressive ophthalmic medical and aesthetic practice is searching for a Patient Concierge (Front Desk) in our Bellevue location to add to our wonderful team! Excellent opportunity with growth options.

• Provide a great patient experience by offering personalized service during the patient registration process including greeting the patient, collecting and/or updating demographic and financial information
• Evaluate patient financial status to determine eligibility for care, verify benefits and eligibility as required, ensure precertifications and prior authorizations are received, collect copays
• Provide excellent customer service in all interactions with patients and visitors
• Schedule all provider appointments.
• Prepare and ensure the completeness and accuracy of the patients chart and maintain the organization of the medical record.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication for exemplary customer service
• Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office products, G-Suite, and Windows environment
• Demonstrate a strong ability to multitask
• Have the flexibility to help in all areas and effectively work in a team environment
• Maintain a professional presentation, and patient confidentiality and have strong interpersonal skills
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment and follow through on tasks to completion
