About the Paving Laborer position:
This position performs a wide variety of manual tasks including shoveling and raking asphalt to grade. Previous experience doing outdoor labor work in extreme heat is required; tasks can be learned on the job in a relatively short period of time.
Education and Experience:
- Previous experience with paving operations and/or screed is preferred
- No formal education required.
