We are currently seeking a Senior AEM Tech Lead with extensive full stack development experience to join our team in Denver, CO. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position, with the expectation of working 5 days a week from day 1.

Lead and oversee AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) projects, ensuring successful delivery and implementation.
Utilize your expertise in AEM 6.5 to develop and customize solutions that meet business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and stakeholders, to drive project success.
Architect and develop scalable and efficient solutions using AEM, headless CMS, React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices are followed.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or challenges that may arise during the development process.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and advancements in AEM and full stack development.

Requirements:

Extensive experience working with AEM 6.5 and a strong understanding of its capabilities and features.
Proven track record in full stack development, with expertise in headless CMS, React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Ability to lead and manage a team, providing technical guidance and support.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
