Job Title: Inside Sales Professional

Job Location: Oakville, ON

Job Type: Contract

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the Sales team in Proposal/Bid Preparation.
• Supporting monthly KPIs reporting.
• Supporting the Sales team in the collection of various data and ensuring Salesforce is up to date.
• Support with issuance of purchase requisitions.
• Support with order management of parts orders, followup on order status with vendors.
• Support with inventory management.
• Preparing reports based on the data analyzed in Salesforce.
• Various ad hoc tasks within Sales Planning and Sales Process improvement.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in power generation industry.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce is preferred.
• Candidates are analytical, comfortable working with details, outgoing and a quick learner.
• Candidates have a structured and organized approach to candidates tasks and enjoy working in a team.
