As a Parts Manager, you will oversee all business aspects of the parts department and will be responsible for returning a satisfactory profit on the dealerships investment in parts inventory. The Parts Manager accomplishes their objectives through proper purchasing procedures, inventory control, staff utilization, security, pricing, merchandising, display, and advertising. As the Parts Manager, you will also be responsible for hiring, supervising, and monitoring the performance of all parts department personnel, as well as providing training on administrative policies and procedures for all department personnel.
Requirements
Parts Manager Requirements
- Valid drivers license
- Minimum of 5 years experience in automotive parts distribution, warehousing and customer support
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing a team of 3+ employees
- Preferred experience with E commerce sales
- Strong oral and written communication skills
