About the Position:

The B2B Practice Lead will be responsible for both the strategic direction and operational execution of our B2B marketing initiatives, ensuring that we're delivering the best possible results for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B marketing strategies, outstanding leadership skills, and a results-driven mindset. The salary range for this position is $125k$165k.

We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work and will perform the work in the United States. We are not able to sponsor visas.

Your Impact:

  • Leadership: You'll lead a team of 8-10 B2B marketers, inspiring them to create and execute high-performing campaigns that drive results for our clients.
  • Strategy: You'll develop and implement a sound B2B growth strategy that aligns with each client's business goals and objectives.
  • Collaboration: You'll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams, including creatives, account managers, and data analysts, to ensure the successful execution of B2B marketing strategies.
  • Innovation: You'll foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, always looking for new and better ways to drive results for our clients.
  • Quality Assurance: You'll oversee the quality of the team's output, providing feedback and guidance to ensure high performance.
  • Industry Knowledge: You'll maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices, and you'll leverage this knowledge to optimize our B2B marketing strategies.
  • Client Management: You'll build strong relationships with clients, acting as a strategic partner and providing regular updates on our progress towards their goals.
  • Performance Optimization: You'll monitor the performance of our B2B marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements


  • Proven experience in a leadership role within B2B marketing, with a track record of driving growth for clients.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a track record of digital marketing strategies and tactics, with a specific focus on B2B marketing.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly and persuasively convey ideas, collaborate effectively with team members and clients, and build strong relationships.
  • Experience with project management and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience using data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • A passion for keeping up to date on industry B2B trends and best practices, with the ability to share insights with both internal and external stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI (or a comparable visual BI platform), Web Analytics and Marketing Analytics
