Ciocca Dealerships is seeking a Vehicle Exchange/Upgrade Specialist Manager to join our growing team! The Vehicle Exchange/Upgrade department is responsible for driving sales through the service department by presenting opportunities and information to customers about their next car purchase.

Monday Friday

Pay: $60K - $80K

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensure the customers feel welcome and comfortable when arriving at the dealership
• Drive sales goals through the service department by engaging with customers about upgrading their car
• Establish a close relationship with the sales force to provide a consistent upgrade process
• Establish a high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain knowledge of current and incoming inventory

Qualifications include but are not limited to:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields welcomed, but not necessary
• Strong negotiation skills, sales motivated
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Personable, outgoing, and friendly attitude
