What are we looking for?

As our IT Operations Manager, you will manage our technology systems and lead our HelpDesk and IT function, making sure that our employees' technical problems are resolved quickly with a service minded approach. We are looking for someone who can take our IT function to the next level.


What will you do?

  • Partner with Operations / HR team to lead the onboarding process and deploy applications for new hires
  • Assess department and business needs related to hardware / software and make recommendations on how to improve efficiency
  • Manage office electronics including displays, peripherals, and video conferencing equipment
  • Own the help desk ticketing system
  • Monitor the corporate network
  • Find creative solutions to automate processes
  • Partner with Security team on compliance needs including audit support

Requirements

  • High sense of urgency related to all deliverables
  • Excellent organization and follow up skills
  • Strong understanding of macOS, knowledge of MDM a plus
  • Experience with IT performance management, network administration and system security
  • Comfortable with configuration and administration of SaaS applications including JIRA/Atlassian, Okta, G-Suite, and more
  • Experience administering Zoom and Zoom Rooms hardware
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent judgment and decision making with an emphasis on security and privacy
  • Strong ability to think on your feet, come up with innovative solutions, and solve problems that may be completely unique

The base salary range for this position is $120,000 - $145,000. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus, RSUs, and the extensive benefits listed here (subject to eligibility requirements): Teladoc Health Benefits 2023(link removed) Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable to all full-time positions.
