The position will assist in the production of all food items. Responsible for maintaining a safe, sanitary work environment that conforms to all standards and regulations.

Areas of Responsibilities:

• Plan and adjust menus with Chef.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following sanitation standards and procedures; supervise the maintenance of equipment.
• Assist with managing the daily production, preparation, and presentation of all food to company standards.

Annual Salary:

$31,200 - $52,000

Requirements

• 1+ years relevant culinary experience
• Extensive knowledge of local, state and federal health standards
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Ability to work within a team structure
• A thorough understanding of food retail business
