Description: CEC a subsidiary 501c3 is looking for a full-time Property Manager Assistant. Under the direct supervision of the Property Manager, the Property Manager Assistant will provide clerical support to the Housing Department in the day-to-day functions ensuring that quality services are delivered. Provides excellent customer service to residents, applicants, landlords and State / County housing agencies. Responds to residents' concerns in a timely manner and ensure lease requirements and HUD guidelines are followed. Answers incoming calls from residents, applicants and the general public, and responds to inquiries regarding program information.
PM22 Requirements: - High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of property management experience.
- Experience with Yardi preferred.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail, and be well organized.
- Ability to work with individuals with mental illness in a caring and professional manner.
- Proficient in Excel, MS Office products, as well as general computer literacy.
- Bilingual skills a plus.
- Valid NJ Driver's License with acceptable driving record
- Lived Experience: CSPNJ prioritizes hiring people who use their own life experience dealing with mental health/substance use issues to inspire and support others.
