Description & Duties:

• Collaborate with supervising physicians to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and therapies within the scope of practice and under physician supervision.
• Perform procedures such as wound suturing, casting, and splinting.
• Administer injections, immunizations, and other medical interventions.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Conduct thorough patient interviews and medical histories.
• Perform physical examinations and order diagnostic tests as required.
• Interpret diagnostic test results and provide preliminary assessments.
• Identify and evaluate patient health concerns or conditions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, examination findings, and treatment plans.
• Document patient progress, response to treatment, and any adverse reactions.
• Prepare and complete medical reports, including discharge summaries and referral letters.
