Responsibilities-
Study customer requirements and map them in Oracle Cloud.
Work closely with Business Users to scope and draft functional requirements
Analyze As-Is Processes and design the optimized To-Be Processes
Work with internal and external IT teams to deliver the solution
Ability to debug the system for certain behavior of the feature(s) and explain it to the Users, Perform fit/gap analysis to evaluate each functional area in a business process to achieve specific goal(s), align business in moving to more standardize processes within Oracle Cloud to reduce the customizations
Maintain the relationship with business partners to understand the requirements, analyze and finding the apt solution
Perform Design Validation and identify areas of improvement
Suggest and improve business processes
Prepare Training Material, SOPs etc. for Oracle Cloud processes
Prepare Test Scripts, and perform Testing of Oracle Cloud functionality & configuration
Impart training to users on Oracle Cloud
Qualifications-
A bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, or a related discipline
Overall 15+ years of experience in Oracle HCM including 5 - 6 years of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation project experience
Expert in Functional knowledge of Core HR, Compensation and Recruitment module along with expertise on workflows, OTBI and personalizations
Experience of Law firm specific implementation will be an advantage
Good communication and customer facing skills
