Reports out on entire program weekly and reports status; able to brief Digital Leaders, as needed. Creates a concise and complete program view (Executive-Level summary) in partnership with Product Management and Development. Manages weekly scans and assignment of issues to appropriate teams for resolution based on 1-3 severity. Schedule and host weekly meetings with software vendor and resolution teams to troubleshoot issues. Drives cross-team collaboration, as needed, by bringing together impacted Product Teams & ensures communication is clear amongst all. May need to engage other Digital teams, as necessary, to ensure awareness of the program & resolve issues. Acts as leadership communications lead for program and partners with Digital Communications team, as needed, for communication distributions Helps establish (or clarify) roles & responsibilities for the program Roles & Responsibilities: 1) Responsible for leading/managing end to end management of all aspects of the development and implementation of the assigned complex project/program which includes but not limited to budget, schedule, communication, deliverables, risks, and progress reporting. 2) Require high level of analysis to create project/program plans for new concept projects/programs. 3) Lead cross functional teams to deliver the defined solutions within the allotted timeline and budget. Draft and manage scope of work and timeline in coordination with the Program Director and end clients. 4) Identifies project scope and objectives, coordinates activities of a project/program team, and identifies resources and implementation strategy. 5) Develop detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis, including project interdependencies. 6) Ensure adherence to AT&T/clients quality standards, internal processes, and reviews project/program deliverables. 7) Identify and takes appropriate action to drive the analysis and solutions of problems. 8) Collaborates/partners with external vendors and internal stakeholders to champion project(s) across the entire organization. 9) Manage the integration of vendor tasks as well as tracks & review. 10) Develop and deliver presentations to stakeholders/leadership as required.
