Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
Need 12+ years in industry with 5+ yrs of relevant work exp. handling / managing projects with Infrastructure Management i.e. Proven experience as a project manager in infrastructure projects, specifically in the areas of storage administration, Windows and Linux administration, SCCM management, database and storage administration, and network and security services.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including storage systems, operating systems (Windows and Linux), SCCM, databases, and networking.
Experience in managing vendor transitions, takeovers and maintain steady state of project thereafter is highly desirable.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Should be able to share relevant status reporting to stakeholders in client side and Hexaware side and be liaison between offshore team and customer stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
