Ensure teams’ delivery success by leveraging the appropriate Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) to enable predictable, quality delivery while maintaining a focus on the continuous improvement of the team. Perform Agile business analyses, business process analyses, structured systems analyses, business process and requirements elicitations, utilize Jira and Confluence, leverage understanding of Scrum Framework and Agile principles, define user stories, analyze requirements, write SQL queries to extract data from SQL databases, work with large data sets to perform data mapping, and work with XML and JSON messaging. Oversee Scrum rituals and facilitate Scrum Ceremonies, invest in people and skills essential to software development, and take a disciplined approach to manage test code. Optimize team productivity by removing impediments. Understand and coach the team on delivery controls/compliance to minimize operational/repetitional risk. Support upstream/downstream dependencies efficiently. Ensure that compliance issues and metrics are transparent, ensure that the team has defined norms for compliance-related items (PO Acceptance, Stakeholder Engagement), help teams manage Product Health items by participating in WPHS, and ensure that enterprise initiatives are communicated to the team and that those items are prioritized by the Product Owner. Build JIRA reports and Agile metrics to create visibility and transparency. Ensure that necessary reporting and metrics are available for their team. Ability to coach, educate and mentor scrum best practice across the organization. Act as an Agile mentor/coach to other Scrum Masters and other roles within and outside current team/portfolio/LOB. Educate team on importance of frequent demos, automation testing, pair programming, team estimation and provide guidance and support to the team on backlog refinement and prioritization. Work with Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Azure, TFS, Azure Devops, Easy BI, Quick sight, MS- Access, Outlook, Power-point, Visio, Hindsight, Mural, Google Cloud, Slack, Teams, Qtest, Truvault, and Power BI. $150,000/yr.
