1. 5+ years of experience building distributed systems with SQL or NoSQL databases 2. 8+ years of experience with .NET or equivalent 3. Previous experience working on IaaS or PaaS service on any cloud provider such as Azure, AWS, GCP 4. Strong bias for action 5.
