Job Title: Registered Nurse / LPN - Mobile Vaccine Clinic

***Expectation is for team members to work 16hrs every 2-weeks. Shift options include 4hr, 6hr, 8hr shift***

Location: Appleton, Wisconsin

Mobile Vaccine Clinic to service the Fox Valley Cities.

Schedule: Able to work up to 20hrs per week - Make your own schedule!

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or commitment to obtain within five years. Associate's Degree in Nursing accepted in lieu of BSN for those hired prior to 1/23/17. Current Wisconsin RN Licensure American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS).
