As a Patient Scheduling Coordinator, you will help our patients gain access to life-enhancing medical care! Quickly, accurately, and efficiently handle, register, and schedule calls in target-based environment.

This is a full-time position that works ONSITE in our Corporate Headquarters located in Northbrook, Illinois. Remote work is not an option.

Must be Bilingual in English and Polish with shift differentials.

Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound retention calls from current customers in a multi-line call center environment
  • Accommodate scheduling needs of existing patients including future appointments
  • Make outgoing confirmation and follow up calls
  • Make outbound calls to patients to re-establish patient care
  • Educate customers on membership features, offerings, billing and charges to retain customer
  • Act with urgency to meet and resolve customers needs and problems
  • Demonstrate knowledge of services
  • Ensure customer issue follow-up is completed on time and accurately
  • Builds rapport and constructive and effective relationships.
  • Expediently handle all problems, issues, and challenges with professionalism
  • Additional duties as required

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • 1+ year(s) experience in call center customer service, customer retention, multi-line phone administration
  • Prior experience is a Sales, Telemarking and or Soft Sales Environment highly desired.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational, reporting, data entry, time management, and follow-up skills required.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Call Center systems
  • Ability to connect with people, empathize with them and offer viable solutions to their concerns.
  • Ability to use decision trees and script flows required.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet critical deadlines.
  • Experience and ability to manage through rapid and dramatic changes.
  • Flexibility in shifts/hours
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance
  • Experience in medical industry is highly preferred.
