An ABA company is seeking an Operations Manager to lead teams, optimize operations, and oversee state ABA operations and centers.


Responsibilities Include:

3 days a week in office, 2 days hybrid.
Lead and manage teams to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Optimize operations to maximize productivity and performance.
Oversee ABA operations in the state, including management of ABA centers.
Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and client outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and workflows.
Ensure compliance with regulations and standards in the healthcare industry.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to staff to foster a positive work environment.
Coordinate with leadership to align operations with company goals and objectives.

Ideal Qualifications:

Previous experience in operations management, preferably in the healthcare or ABA industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of ABA principles and practices (preferred).
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (preferred).
