Secret Active Clearance required with CI Poly experience only Job Description:- Must Have Skills: Active TS/SCI with CI Poly security clearance Experience deploying and maintaining SailPoint identity management solutions Strong Java development skills Security certification (e.g., CISSP, Security+, CASP) Deep understanding of identity, SIEM, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks (FAR, DFARs, CUI, CMMC) Responsibilities and Job Details: Deliver client solutions aligned with statement of work, operating independently with minimal oversight Support project implementations within classified environments Execute tasks efficiently across the SailPoint platform and identity infrastructure Collaborate with Senior Engineers and lead technical discussions in their absence Mentor and guide Associate and Level I Engineers Provide troubleshooting and post-implementation technical support Document and communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions Ensure governance and compliance adherence across client environments Engage in strategy development and skills training (approx. 15% of time) Contribute to corporate branding and operational initiatives Escalate complex issues as needed and ensure timely issue resolution Participate in unique, complex cybersecurity initiatives and client engagements
