Recruiter & Sales Manager wanted for Marketing, Real Estate and Financial Services roles.
We work with the Client for Life model and have many long time Associates and Clients.
Well established Marketing and Management group in the Real Estate and Financial Services field has a nationwide expansion program in the works.
We have many local Branch Offices across the Country on the Drawing Board and we identify potential Team Leaders and help them build their teams prior to opening a local Branch Office which can be a hub for new and existing Associates & Partners.
Recruiters and Sales Managers are an important part of our national expansion and will be responsible for screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates to build out their teams with.
We are currently seeking 4 strong candidates to fill a Recruiter & Sales Manger Role in the Chicago market and will be adding several more in other markets in AZ, FL, IL, IN, MA, NJ, PA, & more.

Recruiting and management experience is essential and knowledge of applicant tracking systems is a helpful plus.
A real estate or mortgage license is not required but either one can provide you with additional income opportunities. We have a Tuition Reimbursement Program for those that wish to get licensed.
We are only seeking stable people that are looking for a long term full-time career and we have found the best way to achieve that objective on a mutually beneficial basis is to restrict all new Associates to a part-time participation for the first 90 days as a probationary period where we mutually determine if we are a good fit for each other in an informal Earn while you Learn training capacity.
We work with the Client for Life model and have many long time Associates and Clients. We are seeking 1 person to lead our expansion and will accept up to 15 qualified candidates to enter our part time Earn while you Learn Basic Training Program and 90 day probation period
This opportunity is not for everyone, or just anyone, and not everyone will qualify, we do have a 3 Step Screening Process to select candidates. We're pretty choosy about who we accept, we have more than earned that right, and we owe it to our long term Clients and Associates.
Qualified candidates are supported by basic training, a very functional marketing & sales system that you can plug right in to that does much of the heavy lifting for you, and a progressive peer, and associate, network with ample advancement opportunity.
