Plant Manager
Warner Robbins, GA area
Management of plant operations in a safe, effective and environmentally responsible manner. Ensuring compliance with all local regulations, and while enhancing the operations profitability and value for the customer
Further optimization and development of the local technology, production processes and drive the required investment according to the approved plan
Oversee the development and maintenance of process documentation for efficient manufacturing operations
Develop, analyze, and monitor relevant KPIs and deviation management
Support company business objectives, goals and plans and provide leadership within scope of responsibility. and meet expectations
B.S in Engineering, MBA preferred.
5 - 10 years of prior production management and leadership experience in a manufacturing production environment.
Experience with polymer, resin or plastic materials processing.
Experience in leading production and engineering teams in order to accomplish operational goals and objectives.
Experience with Continuous Improvement, Lean and Six Sigma methods.
Experience using multiple data sources and reports to conduct analysis, resulting in implementation of action plans.
Exceptional leadership, written and verbal communication as well as team-building skills with all levels of employees and management. Hands on/ strong shop floor presence.
Strong follow up and attention to details in a fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements, Lean manufacturing principles, Organization Development, and KPIs.
Ability to prioritize, handle multiple tasks, customer demands and flexibility in job assignments well as good project management experience.
Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve strategic issues.
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
