Dash Regulatory Technologies, LLC in New York, NY is seeking a Financial Quantitative Analyst. Build and analyze financial risk management product roadmap, execute both strategic and client specific initiatives. Advise on development of software products and applications for complex financial regulatory analyses catering to financial institutions including broker-dealers & other capital market customers. Collaborate with product team to develop new regulatory reporting modules following an in-depth review of financial market rules and assist with implementation of the product modules on Dash’s regulatory platform. Critically analyze existing product suite to advise on addition of new risk management products, including budgets, timeline & implementation plans. Assist with enhancement of management reporting, dashboard view, analytical capabilities of Dash’s regulatory platform. Analyze client feedback in connection with finalizing requirements for new products by leveraging knowledge of multi-asset trading systems, analytics/execution, clearing & margin requirements. Assist sales with business development efforts, including financial quantitative analyses, contract negotiations, RFPs, client due diligence questionnaires. Stay abreast of evolving financial reporting requirements surrounding regulatory capital for review on impact on products & clients. Attend and present at conferences, industry events & regulatory forums in the US broker-dealer industry. Analyze client-provided financial data for completeness & accuracy and test models for accuracy of resulting capital, liquidity and margin computations. Advise clients on evolving regulatory landscape/requirements and discuss incremental client needs. Provide ongoing analytical support to clients in the financial industry on suite of financial market risk management products. Responsible for compliance, controls & process requirements for products, including System & Organization Controls (SOC), Cybersecurity assessments, etc. Liaise with audit/external compliance /regulatory teams to provide supporting evidence of governance capabilities as requested. Req: Bachelors in Finance/Economics or related with 5+ years of qualifying experience in financial risk management. 60 months of experience should include experience in building and analyzing financial risk management.
