Our agency provides the Union and Association life benefits for our nation’s police, firefighters, and more than 20,000 other groups representing high-risk occupations. As a Privilege Provider, we do not cold call, solicit, canvass, advertise, and we do not pay for leads.

Our members submit an inbound request for our services using a handwritten request form. Each of our Representatives receive 200+ members to contact each week by making outbound calls. Your job as a Union Benefits Representative will be to schedule a 1-on-1 meeting with each member via Zoom, where you will educate and enroll each member into their benefits programs.

Career-minded candidates with strong leadership potential may qualify for rapid advancement opportunities through our Leadership Career Track. This is a well-defined advancement program with upward mobility based upon the completion of the performance objectives at each rank.

Entry-level income is typically $800-$1,000+/week. Leadership income typically exceeds 6-figures after the first year.
