FOH MANAGER
Reports to: ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER

Applicants should have:
Qualifications:
2 Years Strong experience in high volume casual dining as an FOH Restaurant Manager in a high-volume (min $6 Mil +) reputable casual dining company, at least 3 years
Ability to work under pressure with ease, especially during very busy meal periods
Display strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Some experience with financials, planning and reporting a plus
Some experience in analyzing inventory vs. ordering needs
Loyal and passionate about service
Financial acumen, strong P&L Management
Demonstrated ability to build a successful team and positive culture

About the position:
About the Opportunity:
The FOH Manager will be responsible to maintain an efficient profitable, and professional food and beverage operation by ensuring quality food and service standards. Will coordinate food, beverage and service standards to maintain a balance of cooperation between restaurant, bar, and kitchen.

Responsibilities:
Assist AGM in Financial Operations of the restaurant, catering and banquet center including budgeting, monitoring, cost control, and reporting
Assist AGM in Staff Development and Culture for the restaurant and banquet center team to include training, motivation, communication, goal setting, and accountability
Assist AGM in the development and maintaining of management structure for the Kitchen, Dining Room, Catering and Banquet Operations
Assist AGM in Management meetings to outline sales, cost, profit, pipeline, and feedback
