We have partnered with a large public accounting firm in the Atlanta, GA area to provide them with a HR & Recruiting Manager. (REMOTE)

Responsibilities of the HR & Recruiting Manager:

Supervise the overall recruitment process for all new hires including experienced, entry-level, and intern candidates.
Oversee creating job descriptions, screening of candidates, reviewing feedback, recommending actions, and extending offers.
Attend on-campus recruiting events and other events related to recruiting interns and entry-level hires.
Develop new and innovative strategies and programs to attract candidates.
Coordinate with team leaders to forecast future hiring needs and develop a strategic hiring plan across the Firm.
Monitor key recruitment metrics and track recruiting statistics throughout the year. Report quarterly to the Management Group.
Research recruiting best practices and conduct interviewer training.
Plan and execute the Summer Program.
Develop relationships across all employees and have the ability to diffuse tense situations and manage conflict as needed with the support of the HR Director.
Support HR Director in managing the evaluation process for annual reviews.
Creating and updating evaluations forms, setting up processes in viDesktop, communicating with employees, and preparing reports.
Creating annual compensation statements for HR Directorís comp meeting.
Manage HR software/applications including but not limited to viDesktop, Predictive Index, Bonusly, LinkedIn, and Paycom.
Support HR Director in compiling information for surveys the Firm participates in as well as compensation analysis, EEO reporting, and other reports as needed.
Support & assist with the CPE program as needed.
Manage firm policies and procedures.
Research applicable laws and regulations related to issues that arise.
Interpret policies and procedures.
Create new policies and procedures when necessary.
Help supervise HR Assistant & Operations Assistant and serve as a Coach.
Assist with planning various firm events including the holiday party, staff appreciation events, and other functions.
Develop and implement strategies to:
Increase employee engagement.
Reduce employee turnover.
Preserve company morale.
Grow positive image of firm internally and externally.

Requirements of the HR & Recruiting Manager:

Bachelorís degree with a concentration in HR or a similar area preferred.
5+ years of progressive HR experience in professional services companies.
PHR certification is preferred but not required.
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
Outstanding level of attention to detail and organization
Professional character, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
