Demand Planning Manager needs 1-2 years of experience with ERP systems
Demand Planning Manager requires:
 Undergraduate degree (BA, BS or any equivalent)
 Strong analytical approach with advanced MS - Excel skills is mandatory.
 1-2 years within Supply Chain/Operations Master Data experience preferred.
 1-2 years of experience with ERP systems - SAP would be preferred

Demand Planning Manager duties:
 Serve as the primary point of contact for the inventory/replenishment team at our customers with the ultimate goal of supporting customer service level targets and driving operational efficiencies.
 Gain alignment between customer and internal stakeholders on sales forecast and customer replenishment system settings.
 Balance maximizing in-stock goals while minimizing inventory levels within network and our customer supply chain.
 Accountable for building and maintaining a collaborative relationship with the replenishment/inventory management and customer teams
 Collaborative Planning process- Provides input and recommendation for the planning process integrating customer specific data for sales trends, new items, portfolio changes and promo performance.
 Build new capabilities to analyze customer replenishment data more effectively and efficiently.
 Manage the supply chain interdependencies between Sales, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, and the customer.
 Has responsibility for the accuracy of the customer forecasts and their inputs into the demand planning process 5
 Collaborate with sales and customers on event/promotion strategies and system execution approach.
 Develop and implement on-going improvements for collaborative planning, forecast and replenishment process
 Communicate progress on key customer scorecard measures to all internal and customer stakeholders, with root causes and recommend action plans for improvement (In-stock, In-full, On-time, etc.)
 Update customer forecasts and share detailed customer POS and Order forecasts back with internal stakeholders.
 Ensure/Validate correct customer and internal set-up for new items, discontinued items, and expanded distribution. Communication Requirements
 Actively participate in customer meetings, representing any in-stock or inventory risks or opportunities.
 Navigate sensitive communications on supply constraints.
 Must be able to effectively influence the customer to ensure the right level of inventory is available for shelf or promotions.
