Coordinate and manage client projects by applying Qral tools and methodologies to drive optimized commercial strategy and operations decisions through insights from quantitative and qualitative analyses while providing exceptional, high touch client service to the company’s commercial leadership clients. Design complex quantitative and qualitative analyses to support life science clients as they analyze key commercial questions of importance to their business strategy. Coordinate projects teams tasked with conducting complex statistical optimizations of resources. Develop strategies designed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of customer’s investments. Conduct thorough market research to collect and validate assumptions to inform financial forecast models.
Facilitate, design, and administer Incentive Compensation (IC) Programs for clients in biopharmaceutical domains. Design and develop customized technology solutions that further the goals of these strategies. Guide Qral with Managing projects/ conducting analyses, defining project approaches, milestones and deliverables. Master applies core analytics methodologies, processes and capabilities. Use a wide range of tools and methods such as data extraction, transformation and loading and statistical analysis to examine and interpret data. Determine the right software tools to design data analysis and visualization models (e.g. Excel, Alteryx, Tableu, Access, etc.). Advise Qral on managing internal team of analysts in developing schedules and define expectations for all client/internal deliverables. Teach, train, mentor in project and client service best practices. Obtain and analyze data while utilizing key findings in recommending a suitable solution.

Requirements: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a closely related field or foreign equivalent, plus twelve (12) months of experience in the job offered or related and twelve (12) months of experience in analyzing the structure of the quantitative and qualitative problem-solving approached to support life science clients.
