Senior Transitions Associate

We're seeking 12 Senior Transitions Associate trainees to enter our proprietary 90 day part time U Earn While U Learn basic training and probation period where you can learn to be a Senior Transitions Associate that access to some of our Programs and Resources that can help seniors and their families ease the transition of aging in a caring and compassionate manner.

You must be a caring compassionate person at heart in order to qualify for this role that assists our Senior Transitions Advisors.

Our Senior Transition mission is to give families more time with their loved ones by alleviating the stress when a senior transitions into long-term care by enhancing the experience, simplifying the transition, and recognizing that the senior’s homes carry a rich history full of memories of the lives they have lived there.

We provide compassionate solutions for mom (or dad) and lessen the stress for the whole family. We empower families with more options and resources and educate the adult children during this process, we increase the quality of life for older adults and allow them to age with dignity. This also creates positive social change by providing additional resources to senior living professionals, enabling them to more effectively help the families that they serve.
