Role: Improve and assist with communications with the Sales Team and other departments.
-Act as a liaison between the Sales Team and the company to resolve issues and help close sales
-Assist in maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information and guidance to the Sales Team
-Support the Sales Team with lead development and sales planning/meeting preparation and other sales related activities as assigned
-Conduct research and analysis on new potential customers
-Maintain customer lead database and compile monthly sales goal reports
