Work from technical design specifications and configure docuBridge in pharmaceutical companies and health/government agencies, describing how the software will integrate with their present business procedures and recommending clients to find a configuration which can solve their business needs. Provide technical consulting in relation to Lorenz’s proprietary products. Work with the sales team to estimate configuration days which need to be sold prior to winning contracts with pharmaceutical companies. Work with the software development team to transfer configuration requests from current customers as best practice requests for incorporation into docuBridge using Veeva Vault, Documentum Content Server and Open Text D2 LS. Prepare detailed and step-by-step technical guides outlining configuration changes and connections to successfully run the applications and software, including internal development documentation, testing architecture specifications. Ensure increased harmonization in ICH backbone XML file, improving processes for communication with regulatory authorities using eCTD v4.0 upgrades, reviewing implementations for errors and bugs and seeking remedies accordingly. Ensure that project scopes and deliverables meet respective SOW, MSA, SLA requirements as specified and assigned.


Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a closely related field or foreign equivalent plus sixty (60) months of experience in the job offered and (60) months of experience in the use of Veeva Vault, Documentum Content Server and Open Text D2 LS.
