ResponsibilitiesAct as a master multi-tasker, providing polite and professional assistance via phone, mail, and e-mail. Assist management and visitors by handling various office tasks and making reservations or travel arrangements. Manage call center representatives and oversee call performance. Perform call center follow-up and prepare performance reports. Support call center agents on escalated calls and provide backup call center management. Maintain call center database by entering information on every call and recording call outcomes. Receive inbound calls from customers, resolving inquiries regarding accounts and services. Sell services to consumers who call the call center. Impact call center performance through effective leadership and management. Plan for call center technologies and ensure readiness for inbound calls. Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and efficient call center environment. RequirementsStrong communication skills, both verbal and written. Professional and polite demeanor with a positive attitude. Exceptional multitasking abilities and attention to detail. Comfortable with general office tasks and proficient in computer usage. Desire to meet the needs of others and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Employment Type: Full-Time
