ARETUM, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services, is seeking a motivated and dedicated Stakeholder Engagement Support Mission Advocate to join our team. As a Stakeholder Engagement Support Mission Advocate at ARETUM, you will play a critical role in supporting our mission by building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and support for our projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement stakeholder engagement strategies and plans to support project objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, clients, partners, and other relevant parties.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders and project teams, ensuring effective information sharing and coordination of efforts.
  • Gather stakeholder feedback and insights to inform project decisions and improve stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Track and report on stakeholder engagement activities and outcomes.
  • Support the development and delivery of stakeholder presentations, reports, and other communication materials.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in stakeholder engagement and apply them to enhance our approach and strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in stakeholder engagement or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of stakeholder engagement principles, processes, and strategies.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the capacity to identify and address stakeholder needs and concerns.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the government contracting or related industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and collaboration tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
