Margaux Farm is a growing multi-service Thoroughbred farm, offering foaling, starting and training, layup and rehab to meet virtually every racing owners needs away from the racetrack. Margaux is now seeking an individual to join its maintenance department as the lead Mechanic.
The ideal candidate will be an organized self-starter with experience in horse farm maintenance including tractors, hay tools, skid steers, telehandlers and other heavy machinery. In addition to conventional farm equipment operation, candidate should be qualified to work on equipment as a mechanic.
This is a year-round, full-time position with compensation commensurate with experience. Benefits include individual and family health insurance, company paid life insurance and matching 401k.
