Our client, a top tier international law firm with over 1000 attorneys, seeks a lateral Partner to join their commercial litigation practice group. This position is open to Texas locations but will be affiliated with the Houston office, and a license to practice in Texas is required.



Ideal candidates will have experience with companies and financial institutions on oil & gas, medical, or general corporate litigation.

Experience with class actions and dispute resolution alternatives such as loan modifications, forbearance agreements, and other loan workouts are desirable, but not required.

Trial experience is required.



Candidates must be licensed in the jurisdiction in which they will practice. Candidates must have excellent law school and undergraduate academic credentials as well as strong writing and analytical skills.
