Job duties:

• Gather and preprocess structured and unstructured data from various sources, ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Create and refine algorithms tailored for fall prevention. Continuously optimize these algorithms for enhanced performance.
• Implement and fine-tune machine learning and artificial intelligence models to address specific business challenges, with a focus on fall prediction and prevention.
• Identify relevant features and variables from datasets to enhance the performance of AI models.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden patterns, trends, and insights within large datasets.
• Assess the performance of AI models using appropriate metrics and refine models as needed to improve accuracy and reliability.
• Create informative and visually appealing data visualizations and reports to communicate findings and insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers and healthcare experts, to integrate AI components into the fall prevention system.
• Work closely with the IT team to monitor the performance of AI models and address any issues, such as system failures or data inconsistencies.
• Document model development processes, algorithms, and findings for knowledge sharing and reproducibility.
• Continuously optimize AI models based on real-world data and feedback from monitoring systems.
• Address complex fall prediction and prevention challenges through creative and data-driven solutions.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and healthcare technology, and apply innovative techniques to enhance the fall prevention system.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Minimum college diploma in computer science, artificial intelligence, mathematics, machine learning, data science, data analytics or a related field is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum three years of experience in programming, AI analysis, machine learning, data analysis, data mining, statistical modelling or a related field is required.
• Programming languages: Python, R, SQL, Java, etc.
• Proven experience in applying AI to practical and comprehensive technology solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, evaluation, and visualization.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate complex issues to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team environment.
