The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities, and close business deals while maintaining an extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

Experience : 4 -6 years in shipping /logistics /3PL /warehouse

  • Candidate should be able to handle FCL & ACL sales for both export and import
  • He/She should have knowledge of their respective markets
  • Ensure timely, accurate and competitive rate quotes to the client
  • Ability to Coordinate with lines / NVOCC- sales Teams to ensure maximum profitability will be added advantage
  • He/She should be able to prepare reports,communicate & provide update of the shipment to the customer


  • Grow revenue and relationships with existing customer base.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking and referrals.
  • Utilize inside sales knowledge.
  • Quote formal and spot bids.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction- maintain close contact with all customers including follow up on concerns or other issues.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, shippers, and receivers regarding changes in pick-up/delivery and potential service failures.
  • Exceed all standards for prospecting calls, presentations, proposals and closes.
  • Execute and monitor strategic and tactical goals to maximize sales, profit and to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Negotiate contracts and rate agreements.
