REMOTE* full-time, day shift UKG SME (Subject Matter Expert It is a 6-month assignment working with Payroll. This will be a remote position but must be willing to work PST typical work hours e.g. if they are in EST time zone meetings may take place at 5 or 6 PST. Experience in: Healthcare experience is highly preferred, but not a deal breaker. People Assist templates & work flows (Necessity!) BI report writing Dimensions UKG/KRONOS/ULTIPRO/PRO (these are all the same umbrella) Modules The UKG Subject Matter Expert Consultant will assist with UKG Pro Workforce Management Project for approximately six months. The UKG SME is responsible for working with HR and Payroll to design and lead the team to a successful UKG Pro Workforce management implementation. Modules include, but are not limited to, Recruiting, On-Boarding, Benefits, Compensation, UKG Pro Learning, UKG Pro Employee Voice. Performance Management, People Assist, Document Manager, Payroll, Timekeeping and Advanced Scheduler. This role will also work closely with our Human Resources and Payroll Departments to ensure that appropriate policies & procedures are adhered to within the implementation(s) and that the existing live functionality is not negatively impacted. The consultant will provide best practices to move the current solution to UKG Pro and prepare any needed documentation. In collaboration with department management, the consultant will advise the project team of all risks and efficiencies and schedule any required procedures or knowledge transfer. Prior experience in a healthcare environment preferred.Additional Minimum Requirements:Knowledge of and experience with UKG DimensionsKnowledge of working with hospital information systems
