Due to a physician relocation, a healthcare facility in Iowa is seeking a Gastroenterology physician to provide ongoing coverage. This position offers Anesthesia support and focuses on general GI cases and procedures.

Practice Details:

• 5 other MDs, 5 APPs, Anesthesiologist, and full hospital/clinic staff for support 
• Average volume of 2-3 procedures per day

Schedule:

• Typically Friday - Friday, 7 AM - 7 AM
  
  
  
  • 24-hour call for the dates the provider works
  • 7-10 days need per month (ongoing)
  
  

Cases and Procedures: 

• Perform rounding, consultations, procedures, and participate in call rotation 
• General GI, including ERCP; EUS is not required
