Responsibilities:


  1. Manage, create, and publish original, high-quality content for products/platforms
  2. Administer all company social media accounts ensuring up-to-date content
  3. Liaise with writers and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  4. Collaborate with Marketing and Product development teams to create social buzz regarding new product launches
  5. Facilitate client-company communication (respond to queries, get reviews, and organize chats and Q&A sessions)
  6. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and ROI
  7. Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  8. Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network
  9. Train internal teams to integrate and maintain a cohesive social media strategy
  10. Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices
  11. Process milestones for the clients and employees to work toward
  12. Assist customers with setting up and navigating programs or software
  13. Promote the value of the product
  14. Upsell services and products with the brand image
  15. Promote value through customer experience
  16. Assist in creating training courses and educational materials for clients & Close loop communication with clients using the CRM platform
  17. Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve the customer experience


Requirements and Skills:


  1. Proven work experience in digital marketing
  2. Hands-on experience using social media for brand awareness
  3. Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  4. An ability to identify target audience preferences and build content to meet them
  5. Familiarity with web design and publishing
  6. Excellent multi-tasking skills
  7. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  8. Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience
  9. Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
  10. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a relevant field.
