As a Mental Health Therapist, you will provide individual, family, and group therapy to families, adolescents, and adults. In addition to therapy sessions, your responsibilities will include consultations, documentation, supervision, referrals, and other duties necessary to fulfill a 32-40 hour work week.

Schedule: Fully remote with flexible scheduling. You can create your own schedule between 7:00 AM - 9:00 PM EST, 7 days a week. However, you must work until 8:00 PM at least 2 days per week or complete four 4-hour shifts on the weekends. No on-call duties.

Sign-On Bonus: Offered and distributed after 6 months and 1 year of employment.

Non-Compete Agreement: Required upon employment.

Required Qualifications:

Masters Degree or higher

Active LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT license in the respective state

Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience

Secure, remote setting in home with access to a computer, webcam, reliable internet connection, and a private, quiet space for sessions

Preferred Experience:

1+ years of experience in any of the following:
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Evidence-Based Practice
