1. Work under the direct supervision of the President and report to the President on a daily basis.
2. Conduct Pavement design utilizing AASHTOware in compliance with CDOT specifications for various road types.
3. Participate in preparing construction and civil engineering project proposals, including project cost, construction estimates, and schedules.
4. Solve geotechnical and constructional engineering issues during the project development.
5. Coordinate with project team to implement LCCA for pavement project to identify budgetary requirement.
6. Conduct engineering research, execute laboratory testing on soil/rock samples to gather information for field investigation.
