Advantage Personnel is looking for an experienced Packaging Lead to work for a company that manufactures sporting goods equipment for basketball, volleyball, soccer, and more. Hours are Monday through Thursday from 6 am-4:30 pm, with occasional overtime for half the day on Friday. Early start to your weekend! Pay is $19-$22/hr and once you are hired on, a full benefit package is offered.

Packaging Lead Duties and Responsibilities
Operate various tools to assemble a variety of sports equipment
Ensure product meets quality standards
Inspect finish product for defects
Lead assembly and packaging teams to meet production deadlines

Packaging Lead Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma/GED
Held previous leadership role
Accurately read blueprints and tape measure
Attention to detail is a must
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Able to stand on your feet for 10-hour shift
