Job Description:

12-15 years of experience as Engineering Manager with Product development
Should be BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech in CSE/ECE branches.
Experience in development of products with various development languages like Java/Python/NodeJS etc
Experience in creating various design architectures, high level and low level designs, creating Frameworks, SDKs, APIs
Experience in development of any of the Infrastructure domain area - IT Service Management, IT Operations management, IT automations, Process automations, Cloud automations, Infrastructure Security, Integrations.(Optional)
Exposure to various Infra tools like: ServiceNow, VMWare, Infra Monitoring tools, APM tools, Automation tools (Ansible, Terraform etc), IAM tools (Optional)
Hands on experience in design and development of n-tier products with latest and modern development frameworks and technologies
Experience in developing the frameworks and using various design and architectural patterns in product development
Experience in designing and implementing/re-engineering complex application components, integrate software packages, programs and reusable objects residing on multiple platforms in Infra domain
Experience in applying and maintain development standards and all security standards during entire product development life cycle
Experience in exploring the open-source tools and frameworks in Infra domain and create product frameworks.
Experience in deployment of products through docker containers, Cloud Container Orchestrations (EKS, ECS etc)
Exposure to Windows and Linux Operating System Administration
Good understanding of IT Infrastructure Landscape including On-prem and Cloud environments, Automations, and migrations
Experience in preparing product road maps, strategies, architectural and design documents for development teams
Experience in working with various stakeholders to understand business requirements at high level and turn them into product requirements
Certifications in ITIL, Cloud Technologies like AWS,Azure is preferred
Should have good analytical and communication skills
